Fuda Enterprise is a proprietary company. It has established subsidiary companies in Australia, China and Singapore. The main operations of the company are in real estate, hotel management and education.

In real estate, Fuda have developed large scale building projects in various provinces of China. These projects include residential villages such as the "Golden Bull Villas", "Fuxiang Villas" and "Longge Plaza" in Haikou, the capital city of Hainan Province. "Wuhan International Edifice" in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province. The company has made great social and economic impacts and a solid foundation for its further development .

Fuda is also actively engaged in the education market. Recently, the company formed a partnership with Central China Normal University (CCNU) and established Aohua Language Training Centre. This training centre is to provide bilingual training in English and Chinese Mandrin.

At the same time, Fuda became an agent of both the Institute of Language and Foundation Studies of UNSW. As an agent ,Fuda will be able to recruit students from the Aohua Language Training Centre for the two institutions of UNSW.

In the recent years, Fuda has withstood severe competitions, and gaining management experience and confidence at the  same time.
